Job Description

Senior Web Product Manager Role Summary
We are seeking a senior-level Web Product Manager to own and evolve our acquisition website as a high-impact, personalized conversion product. This role reports to the Head of Web Revenue, Personalization & Digital Experience and serves as the primary product partner to Product Marketing, ensuring messaging, positioning, and offers are effectively translated into high-performing web experiences in close collaboration with Web Design.

The Web Product Manager operates at the intersection of web engineering, analytics, design, content publishing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). The ideal candidate brings deep web product expertise, strong technical fluency, and the ability to drive measurable outcomes in an app-first organization where hands-on execution and cross-functional influence are critical.

Key Responsibilities Web Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end web product strategy and roadmap, positioning the website as a primary acquisition, growth, and cross-sell platform aligned with revenue goals.

  • Define clear, outcome-oriented success metrics (e.g., conversion lift, funnel efficiency, performance improvements) and translate them into prioritized initiatives and experiments.

  • Treat the website as a living product—not a static marketing asset—driving continuous improvement through iteration, experimentation, and learning.

  • Apply rigorous product management practices across discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurement.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of coordination across web engineering, analytics, design, content, CRO, and creative teams to ensure clarity and smooth execution.

  • Translate business, growth, and UX objectives into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Convert web design patterns, interaction models, and personalization concepts into scalable, reusable implementation approaches.

  • Partner closely with engineering to maintain a well-prioritized backlog that balances experimentation, platform investments, and technical health.
Experimentation & Personalization Enablement

  • Enable a high-velocity website experimentation program by defining product standards, workflows, and platform capabilities that support A/B and multivariate testing at scale.

  • Ensure experimentation frameworks are statistically sound, repeatable, and tied to meaningful user and business outcomes.

  • Evolve personalization and dynamic content infrastructure, including segmentation, targeting, and content delivery mechanisms.

  • Reduce friction and cycle time across experimentation and personalization by improving tooling, data availability, and technical foundations.

  • Ensure experimentation learnings are documented, shared, and incorporated into roadmap, platform, and architectural decisions.
Web Data & Analytics

  • Define and own a robust web measurement strategy that captures meaningful user engagement beyond basic click tracking.

  • Lead ongoing event instrumentation using tools such as Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, and API-based data pipelines.

  • Ensure web data collection is accurate, performant, and resilient to browser and privacy constraints.

  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to inform web journeys, prioritize opportunities, and measure impact.

  • Enable experimentation, conversion rate optimization, and personalization through high-quality, trusted web data.
Technical & Platform Performance

  • Own web performance as a core product outcome, with a strong focus on page load speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall site responsiveness.

  • Identify and prioritize performance improvements related to front-end architecture, rendering, third-party scripts, experimentation tools, and personalization frameworks.

  • Make informed tradeoffs between experimentation, personalization, and performance to deliver fast, reliable experiences at scale.

  • Advocate for platform investments that improve development velocity, content flexibility, and long-term maintainability.
Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Clearly communicate web strategy, priorities, tradeoffs, and results to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Use data, experimentation outcomes, and performance insights to influence decision-making and roadmap prioritization.
