Job Description

JOB TITLE:
Senior Copywriter - Orlando, FL

OUR CLIENT:
Full-service advertising agency ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Writes advertising copy from conception to completion for print, broadcast and online media to promote the sale of goods and services.
  • Is able to help guide the team as needed and when needed.
  • Thinks strategically and is able to craft and convey thoughtful and informed creative direction.
  • Collaborates with art directors, production, and, of course, clients.
  • Delivers internal presentations to agency personnel and leadership team.
  • Presents creative strategy and concepts to clients.
  • Can write in a variety of styles to suite each client’s individual brand.
  • Manages the Creative Intern Program, reviewing candidates and supervising during their term.
  • Remains current on industry trends and technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum five years of ad agency experience and a strong portfolio of work; supervisory experience in that same role
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Burning desire to contribute to our evolving agency and make a difference.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
  • Whatever you use to create the awesome things you create.
  • An understanding of AI-related platforms and software is a plus.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Does not supervisor others.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We work in a fast-paced, energetic, creative environment. Occasional travel and overtime may be required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk; sit and use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand; reach with hands and arms. The vision requirements include ability to adjust focus and close vision.
