The ideal candidate has experience in performance copy and content strategy at a DTC brand and thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with visionary founder to bring ambitious brand, story and mission to life
- Help develop and implement brand voice and communication pillars
- Develop and implement performance copy and editorial content across channels – site, CRM (email, SMS), paid and organic socials (META, TT) and partnerships (MUST)
- Ideate, research, and execute on upcoming health, wellness, and beauty trends to concept monthly editorial calendars that position as the thought leader in these fields
- Use top and bottom funnel metrics, from engagement to revenue, to drive measurable results for customer acquisition and brand affinity
- Create persuasive and engaging copy for all channels including ecommerce, digital, social, product, packaging, product descriptions, naming and others, flexing across project types as needed
- Work closely with channel leaders, creative, and product teams to develop umbrella messaging and copy for final deliverables across campaigns, landing pages, emails, digital banners, product pages, etc.
- Brainstorm with creative teams and provide creative thought partnership with design to support, hone and elevate creative concepts
- Present creative concepts and copy to business teams, and be able to speak to how your work executes on marketing objectives
- Work with a strong collaborative approach that elicits feedback and successfully implements it into your copy throughout the development process
- Ability to hit the ground running without requiring a lot to start but asking the right questions along the way to hone your copy
- Reviews, proofreads, and edits drafts of communication pieces before final publishing, as needed
