About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, strategic Senior Account Manager to lead some of our longest-standing client partnerships. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing campaign performance, uncovering growth opportunities, and driving measurable results across a variety of digital channels.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure execution is seamless and aligned with client goals. This position is key to maintaining strong client relationships, optimizing campaign outcomes, and supporting our mission to deliver bold, data-driven marketing solutions that move businesses forward.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Lead strategic planning and legacy account growth
- Manage budgets, timelines, and cross-channel campaign execution
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Present monthly launch calls and translate goals into actionable media plans
- Collaborate with operations, creative, and vendor teams
Oversee asset delivery, campaign setup, and media calendar coordination
Performance Optimization & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance and develop actionable insights
- Present monthly performance reviews with strategic recommendations
- Maximize ROI across all digital channels
Sales & Growth
- Support client renewals and uncover new opportunities
- Stay informed on digital products and emerging platform trends
Operations & Efficiency
- Identify gaps in workflows and help streamline internal processes
- Ensure clear internal communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital marketing or agency account management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics (GA4 a plus)
- Google Ads and SEO knowledge a bonus
