The goal of this position is to lead, coach and mentor our growing sales team, while also building out a thorough consultative sales process. You will be responsible for:
- Identifying opportunities to build out inbound and outbound sales pipelines
- Evaluating conference and trade show attendance
- Managing and reporting accurate forecast and data to executives
- Mentoring our sales team in achieving, exceeding, and sustaining business results
- Setting and monitoring ongoing goals and sales KPIs for team members
- Training and instructing on how to effectively increase conversion rate of prospects
- Ensuring accountability for all team members on sales goals and initiatives
