App Core Product Lead – Retention & Growth
Why This Role Exists
Retention and growth are the lifeblood of our success. This role ensures that users don’t just sign up but stay engaged, see progress, and share the experience with others. As Product Manager for Retention & Growth, you’ll own the user lifecycle from onboarding through long-term retention using data, product innovation, and growth loops to maximize impact.

Design sticky onboarding, habit-forming features, and lifecycle journeys that keep users coming back.
Growth & Monetization
Build acquisition loops, referral systems, and optimize trial paid conversions and upsells.
Churn Prevention
Identify at-risk users with data signals, launch recovery flows, and improve long-term retention curves.
Community-Driven Growth & Retention
Leverage community as a core retention driver through challenges, leaderboards, and shared goals. Build shareable moments and social features (cheers, reactions, referrals) that create viral loops and expand the base.
Data & Insights
Define and track KPIs (DAU, MAU, churn %, LTV, CAC), run A/B tests, and turn insights into product decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Engineering, UX, Community, and Marketing to embed growth strategies into core features.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in consumer apps, fitness, wellness, or subscription-based products.
• Proven success in driving user retention, engagement, and subscription growth.
• Strong analytical skills; fluent in metrics, cohort analysis, and experimentation frameworks.
• Creative product sense for building habit-forming, viral, and monetizable features.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience in connected fitness, health-tech, or AI-driven consumer apps.
• Background in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or behavioral psychology.
• Familiarity with core audience and their motivations.
