Marketing Manager/Creative Marketing Strategist - Brand
Job Description
Our client is a planning, landscape architecture, and design firm focused on creating innovative, sustainable spaces that positively impact communities. They are seeking a Creative Marketing Strategist (Digital Marketing Coordinator) to support brand storytelling, digital marketing efforts, and business development initiatives.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who enjoys balancing creative work with analytics, collaboration, and execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with leadership and external partners to help shape how the firm presents itself across digital channels, proposals, and client-facing materials.
Key Responsibilities

Brand & Messaging
-
Maintain consistency across brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all platforms

Ensure marketing materials reflect the firm’s values, work, and design excellence

Content & Digital Marketing
-
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and publish engaging content
-
Support social media, website, email, and digital campaigns
-
Write, edit, and refine copy across all marketing channels
-

Analytics & Reporting
-
Track and report on campaign performance across social, web, email, and CRM platforms
-
Translate insights into recommendations for optimization and improvement
-

Website & CRM Management
-
Maintain and update website content to reflect current projects, awards, and firm updates

Manage and optimize CRM systems to support client relationships and business development

Proposals & Marketing Materials
-
Assist with proposals, RFQs, portfolios, brochures, and presentations

Coordinate award submissions and maintain submission calendars
-

Events & Culture
-
Support internal initiatives, special events, and efforts that promote firm culture and visibility
-

2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, social media, or administrative support, ideally within a professional services environment
-
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfort presenting materials to senior stakeholders
-
Familiarity with proposal and RFQ processes
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (professional experience preferred)

Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for support

Experience with Google Analytics and/or social media management tools

Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
-
Exposure to project management or professional services software

CRM experience
-
Background or interest in architecture, engineering, construction, landscape design, or land management
