Your Impact
As Head of Marketing, you will build and scale our marketing function, owning both strategy and execution across key areas such as demand generation, campaign execution, content development, and brand storytelling. Reporting to the SVP Sales, you’ll partner closely with sales, product, and leadership to design a high-performance engine that fuels revenue growth, deepens brand resonance, and sharpens our go-to-market strategy.

What We Are Looking For
We’re seeking a scrappy, strategic marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to establish foundational programs and evolve them into scalable systems. Ideal candidates will bring:
- 5–8+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in B2B Marketing
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience in Series A/B software companies targeting small businesses (e.g., dental, medical, legal, finance, fitness, skilled trades or hospitality verticals)
- Track record of success owning demand gen and campaign strategy in high-growth environments
- Fluency across digital and traditional marketing channels including paid media, email, content, nurture and outbound
- Strong storytelling instincts and able to create customer-centric content across the funnel
- Data-driven decision-making orientation, with familiarity in attribution, funnel metrics and marketing automation tools
- Hands-on experience building from the ground up through channel testing, budgeting, vendor selection, and marketing ops
- Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, revenue operations, product and engineering teams
- Confident operator with a bias for ownership and follow-through
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy, including inbound, outbound, and partner campaigns
- Develop and manage campaign execution across digital, email, content, event, and direct marketing
- Define and monitor KPIs for MQLs, SQLs, proper attribution, budget efficiency, and funnel velocity in partnership with RevOps
- Develop and grow a high-performing team while contributing directly to high-impact campaigns and team growth
- Align tightly with sales to optimize lead handoff, improve funnel conversion, and shorten sales cycles
- Lead positioning and messaging strategy to strengthen our market presence
- Manage marketing budget and work with external agencies/vendors as needed
- Support brand initiatives such as customer testimonials, product launches, and event activations
- Build and maintain our marketing tech stack (Nice to haves: Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, SFDC Sales CRM, Wordpress CMS, RevenueHero Routing, or similar tech stack)
- Conduct win/loss analysis and market research to inform content and campaign strategy
- Lead a high-impact marketing function with ownership over both an established GTM engine and the ground-up launch of a new product with clear product-market fit
- Join a leadership team that views marketing as a strategic driver of growth and influence company-wide priorities and outcomes

- We recognize team members may need flexibility around office hours for situations such as drop off and pick up of children and unexpected emergencies. Employees are expected to work with managers to align schedules for team coverage.
- Compensation: $160,000–$180,000 base salary
