Our brand side B2B client is looking for a 6-month fulltime Event Coordinator
Key Responsibilities

- Event Logistics & Planning: Own the end-to-end production of Tier 1 and Tier 2 B2B external events, ensuring seamless execution, clear communication of event details, and timely dispatch of conference materials.
- Campaign & Content Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling promotional materials and event collateral. Oversee the creation and upkeep of event decks and supporting marketing assets.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and regularly update a robust events calendar (50+ events annually), ensuring visibility and alignment among internal stakeholders and marketing teams.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor and track conference-related expenditures using Excel, providing accurate budget updates as needed.
- Lead Management: After each external event, ensure leads are submitted to the appropriate marketing leaders for follow-up.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for event organizers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Ad Hoc Support: Handle additional event-related or administrative tasks as required.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in event coordination or B2B marketing.
- Project Management: Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Domain: Experience working for B2B banking and finance sector is a major plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting engaging internal briefs and event updates.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe, and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Experience with Concur expense reporting is a plus.
- Work Location: Ability to report to the NYC office up to two days per week as needed for conference preparations and shipments.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required for event support.
