Role Description
This is a full-time position for Director of Operations and Client Relations with our client. The Director is tasked with overseeing operations, developing and managing client relationships with agency legacy accounts and leading account management and processes. This pivotal role, based in either Park City of Salt Lake City, UT, is essential for optimizing both team performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement:
Build and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders (directors, executives, developers, and vendors), ensuring their needs are met promptly to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
• Account Management:
o Oversee account management of two AM’s while managing legacy accounts, account growth and active participation in strategic account planning.
• Team Development and Training:
o Lead training initiatives, focusing on enhancing skills in analytics and data analysis for account managers, including an ongoing program for an Account Manager with over a year of experience.
• Campaign Management:
o Organize and conduct launch calls, detailing campaign objectives, key performance indicators, target audiences, and timelines.
o Prepare campaign documentation including launch agendas, media calendars, and requirement specifications.
o Collaborate with product teams to ensure campaign briefs and insertion orders are effectively communicated.
o Advocate for optimal solutions across media buying and vendor teams to enhance campaign performance.
• Performance Optimization:
o Continuously measure and refine digital and cross-channel tactics to maximize ROI and minimize costs.
o Analyze client data to develop compelling narratives and actionable insights, driving advertiser success.
o Lead monthly performance review calls, providing insights on data trends, results, and strategic adjustments.
o Identify and leverage opportunities within digital strategies to elevate campaign outcomes.
• Campaign Strategy and Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve strategic objectives.
• Operations and Contractor/Vendor Management: Manage day-to-day operations and maintain productive relationships with contractors and vendors to ensure service excellence.
• Reporting and Analytics: Oversee the creation and analysis of detailed reports on performance metrics to guide business decisions and report to stakeholders.
• Process Streamlining and Efficiency: Implement processes to enhance organizational efficiency and streamline operations for optimal performance.
Sales Management:
• Expertise in Digital Marketing:

o Demonstrate a thorough understanding of digital products and platforms.
o GA4 certification required.
o Engage in strategic meetings and networking events to uncover sales opportunities.
Communication Skills:
• Professional Interaction:
Maintain professionalism across all communications with leads, clients, and stakeholders.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the founder and sales team on lead generation initiatives.
• Product Mastery: Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of product offerings to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

Requirements:
• Location:
Based in Park City, Utah, or Salt Lake City, Utah.
• Education and Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
o At least 5 years of proven digital marketing experience
• Skills and Qualifications:
o Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
o Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach.
o Capacity to perform well under pressure and independently in a dynamic environment.
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Attention to detail.
o Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics.
o SEO knowledge and Google Ads Certification are required
