Job Description
Do you have expertise leading marketing efforts for a high-value customer B2B company? Are you obsessed with digital marketing? Have you created and implemented successful direct-response marketing campaigns? Does fine-tuning marketing copy and building sales funnels get you excited? Are “Traffic & Conversion” more than just simple words to you but rather an art and a science that you love to study and understand? Does the thought of optimizing the customer journey using automation, AI, and technical workflows get you excited? Do you have experience with targeted cold lead generation? Do you thrive by taking on challenges, learning new things, growing your skillset, and being resourceful? If so, you may be the Director of Marketing we’re looking for!
This is a unique opportunity to apply your data-based digital marketing skill set at a real estate developer blazing trails in its industry. Your core focuses will be:
1. Drive lead generation of ready willing landowners who want to sell their property via cold email/text/call/direct mail outreach programs.
2. Optimize automations and workflows across our team through our CRM as we take large land projects with many stakeholders full cycle.
3. Drive lead generation through paid advertising for our Investor Relations team so they can raise capital for our projects.
Our client has grown into a nationally recognized company focusing in over 10 states covering 23 major markets and expanding. Headquartered in Scottsdale, the company leverages talent, technology, and relationships to manage successful residential land development projects across the United States.
Skills Required
? Cold B2B & B2C Marketing (email/sms/direct mail/cold call)
? Digital Marketing Background (funnels, ads, CRO)
? CRM Management
? Direct Response Advertising Experience (Landing Pages/ Funnel)
? Webinar Execution
? AI Aware
? Data Manipulation
? Digital Attribution System
? Copy Editing
? Video & Image Creative Strategy
? Manage Creative Team (designers, editors, copywriters)

? At least 5 years in a Director or VP of Marketing position.
? 8-10 years of digital marketing experience.
? Prior experience and proven success in building an emerging brand.

? Previous experience leading a team of both creative and technical professionals
? Stellar communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills.
? Hands on managerial and leadership skills that can balance strategy and execution with the ability to do the work and lead the work.
