Job Description
Position: Director of Growth Marketing
We are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead the execution and optimization of our paid acquisition strategy while ensuring operational excellence. This role will be crucial in scaling one of the fastest-growing DTC beauty brands. The team operates like a full-service agency, using cutting-edge acquisition strategies, data analytics, and creative innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Growth Marketing team operations, including planning, creative development, campaign management, and performance analysis.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team (4+ direct reports), optimizing talent development, workflows, resource allocation, prioritization, and execution.
- Maximize revenue growth from acquisition marketing across paid social and other key channels, focusing on efficiency, scale, and profitability.
- Lead results-driven creative strategy, testing, and innovation, ensuring a continuous pipeline of breakthrough ads that fuel growth.
- Stay connected to performance results, using data to inform decisions, scale campaigns, maximize ROAS, and refine creative strategy.
- Monitor trends and identify opportunities, ensuring the team is agile in responding to shifts in performance, platform changes, and emerging growth levers.
- Partner with senior management and analytics teams to evolve reporting and measurement systems, improving actionable insights, data integrity, and attribution models.
- Streamline workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency, maximizing outcomes and profitability.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning to maintain a track record of exceptional results.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, helping drive innovation, strategy, and team growth.
- 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing or a high-caliber strategic operational role (e.g., consulting, tech, finance) with a proven track record of driving business results.
- Expertise in performance marketing, paid social, and creative strategy is a major plus.
- An exceptional people manager—skilled at coaching and leading high-performing teams, with at least 4+ direct reports under your management.
- A process-driven operator—adept at building scalable workflows, managing complex projects, and optimizing team efficiency.
- A strategic thinker with a unique blend of creative and analytical skills—you excel at integrating innovation with logic to drive strategic outcomes.
- Deeply analytical and performance-driven—skilled at distilling complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and revenue growth.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, align, and collaborate effectively at every level of the business.
- Methodical, structured, and highly organized with the ability to prioritize, streamline, and drive multiple initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem-solver—you anticipate challenges, adapt quickly, and always have a plan B.
