- Brand Leadership: Define and evolve our brand identity, voice, and positioning to stand out in a competitive consumer tech market.
- Growth Marketing: Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, influencer, experiential) to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Customer Insights: Leverage market research, analytics, and user feedback to inform brand and product strategies.
- Creative Direction: Oversee content, storytelling, and design to ensure consistent and compelling brand experiences.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team across brand, growth, and communications.
- Partnerships & PR: Cultivate strategic partnerships, media relationships, and thought leadership opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Set KPIs, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a senior marketing leader in consumer tech, D2C, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong brand-building expertise with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging channels.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset with creative flair.
- Experience scaling marketing in a high-growth startup environment or complex marketing product environment.
