Job Description
A leading global entertainment streaming platform is looking for a Senior Specialist, CRM Lifecycle Marketing to join its marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing and executing data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at activating users, driving engagement, reducing churn, and increasing customer lifetime value for subscribers.

Responsibilities:

Own the global strategy, testing, and execution of CRM/lifecycle campaigns that deliver measurable business results.

Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel retention campaigns including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and content cards.

Partner with analytics teams to segment users by behavior, develop targeted strategies for different cohorts, and assess campaign performance.

Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to promote new content and increase user engagement.

Drive creative strategy and A/B testing across CRM channels and customer journeys.

Support global expansion and localization efforts by identifying scalable CRM workflows and evaluating automation tools.

Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience planning and executing CRM/lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Background in B2C marketing; experience in entertainment or subscription-based services is a plus.

Proficiency with CRM platforms and automation tools (e.g., Braze, Movable Ink), with direct experience managing complex campaign workflows.

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker or Amplitude.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Passion for global entertainment and cultural content is a plus.

Hybrid work model based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
