Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies with actionable plans that clearly define objectives, goals, schedules, and assignments.
• Maintain a clear understanding of all agency services and effectively articulate offerings to potential clients.
• Deliver compelling presentations to showcase multiple agency services in a professional manner.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and priorities efficiently.
• Write and present proposals and RFPs independently and with a team.
• Represent the agency at various functions, networking events, and promote the agency’s services at every opportunity.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current clients while pursuing new business development initiatives.
• Ensure that overall account revenues and receipts meet established company goals.
Required Education and Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of agency experience.
• A 4-year bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of new business development in an advertising or marketing role.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to easily adapt to other software programs.
