Job Number: 1885
Pay Rate: 140,000
Job Description
We are representing a premier, strategy first marketing agency in San Francisco that is looking for a "full-stack" performance media leader. This is a pivotal role for a veteran media professional who can navigate the entire lifecycle of a campaign—from high-level channel strategy and budget allocation to hands-on platform execution and advanced data storytelling.
Our client manages high-growth, high-spend accounts for world-class brands. They are looking for someone who doesn’t just "report" on data but possesses the intuition to prescribe what comes next, leveraging AI-driven tools to scale operations and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
-
Strategic Architecture: Own the end-to-end media mix across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, CTV/Video, and Retail Media.
-
Performance Planning: Develop integrated media plans, rigorous testing roadmaps, and optimization frameworks tied directly to client business growth.
-
Data Storytelling: Synthesize complex data sets into clear, actionable narratives. You will be responsible for translating "the numbers" into concrete strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
-
Execution & Optimization: Act as a hands-on leader in-platform, driving continuous performance improvements and budget fluidly based on real-time signals.
-
Innovation: Actively integrate AI-driven automation into the planning and buying workflow to increase efficiency and predictive accuracy.
-
Client Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients, presenting results and forward-looking POVs with confidence.
What We’re Looking For
-
The Full-Stack Expert: You have deep, hands-on experience in at least three major channels (Search, Social, and Programmatic) and know how they work together to drive a single outcome.
-
The Analytical Mind: You have a natural ability to find the "signal in the noise" and can defend your optimization choices with data.
-
Agency Veteran: 5–8+ years of experience within a performance-focused agency environment, managing annual budgets in the $3M–$10M+ range.
-
The Modern Buyer: You are already fluent in using AI and automation tools to streamline media workflows and reporting.
-
The Communicator: Polished presentation skills with the ability to hold a room and manage complex client relationships.
Technical Profile & "Nice to Haves"
-
Experience with high-end consumer electronics or global B2C technology brands.
-
Proficiency in the Google Marketing Platform stack (GA4, SA360, DV360) and Looker.
-
Ability to mentor junior staff and improve internal agency processes.
Why Join This Team? Our client offers a high-autonomy environment with top-tier benefits designed to support a long-term career:
-
Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plus concierge primary care (One Medical).
-
Future Planning: 401k with company matching.
-
Flexibility: Hybrid work model with 20 days PTO and a "Work from Anywhere" policy for up to 4 weeks annually.
-
Longevity: A one-month paid sabbatical for every 4 years of service.
-
Support: Competitive parental leave and allowances for fitness, home office setup, and continuing education.
