They are looking for someone who has experience in leading brand identity, design, and digital marketing to join our team of innovators.

We are dedicated to developing innovative, practical, and successful Search Engine Optimization solutions for businesses, no matter their size or practice. Located in the heart of Washington, D.C., we work to help businesses stand out online and we bring more than just leads – we bring results.
In this position you will be responsible for building a dynamic marketing strategy for internal and brand marketing needs. The Marketing Director will develop and oversee the strategic marketing plan, build and leverage our social media and online presence, and establish the consistency of our brand through multiple channels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills, collaborate with internal/external teams, and deliver fast results. The goal of this position is to capture our company culture and thought leadership to engage our target audience.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross functional teams including: paid advertising, website
development, link building/PR and content
- Defining brand purpose and owning all social channels including Instagram and TikTok to fit one overall vision for BluShark Digital
- Stay on the cutting edge of social media trends to increase meaningful engagement while monitoring metrics
- Leading communication across PR and branded storytelling
