<br>The <strong>Director of Partner & Customer Operations</strong> will lead the Customer Success organization while owning day-to-day management of key external vendors and partners. The Role

<br>The Director of Growth will own the companyâs entire customer acquisition strategy and execution. This role requires a proven growth operator who can work autonomously against aggressive revenue and CAC targets, build and lead a high-performing team, and collaborate closely with retention leadership to create a seamless customer journey from first click to repeat purchase.<br>

1. Strategic Planning & Goal Setting

2. Campaign & Tactic Development

&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Deep expertise in paid social, paid search, affiliate/partnership marketing, influencer activations, and emerging channels<br>

&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Strong analytical mindset with mastery of core eCommerce metrics and attribution frameworks<br>
