Job Description: Sales Representative 

Our client is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating interest in their services, developing and delivering persuasive presentations, building strong relationships with clients, educating clients, working to retain current clients, tracking sales performance, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and collaborating with other teams. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between our clients and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and lead generation: Identify potential clients and generate interest in SDM services through research, cold calling, and networking.

  2. Sales Presentation: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations that highlight the value of SDM's services and demonstrate how they can meet clients' needs.

  3. Client relationship building: Establish strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and offering customized digital solutions.

  4. Sales education: Educate clients to ensure maximum opportunities while also ensuring that clients receive leading digital marketing solutions.

  5. Client retention: Work to retain current clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

  6. Reporting and analytics: Track sales performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to help identify areas for improvement and drive continued success.

  7. Market knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, as well as competitor offerings, to better understand the market and the position for success.

  8. Team collaboration: Collaborate with the team members and media buyers to ensure that clients receive seamless, high-quality services and education.
 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5+ year Sales Experience

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising.

  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in the industry.
